Orders can be cancelled only before preparation has begun.
Once the order is confirmed and preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders may not be cancelled in the following cases:
- After the food has been prepared or dispatched
- During peak hours where immediate processing has started
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Order not delivered
- Incorrect items delivered
- Order received in damaged condition
- Significant delay caused by operational failure
4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For cash orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Quality Concerns

6. Failed Transactions
